Polyax aluminium nipples from Sapim®.

Double Square nipples were specially developed for centring machines. But the nipples can also be used excellently for manual lacing. The nipple shape allows the spokes to be tensioned from the inside of the rim, which means that the visible surface of the nipple clamping surfaces is not damaged.

• The nipples have a round head that works like a ball joint, resulting in a better spoke-nipple line.
• Material: High-strength aluminium (7075-T6)
• Anodised surface treatment for high corrosion resistance and colouring
• Additional surface coating to reduce friction between nipple and rim for simplified, quiet and effective wheel construction
