Shipping costs
Free shipping for orders over €100 (gross value of goods) with shipping within Germany.
The shipping costs depend, among other things, on the selected shipping method and are displayed as soon as the delivery address has been entered.
Shipping service for wheelchair wheel maintenance: € 25.00 (We will send you a shipping box for up to four bikes incl. paid DHL shipping label for sending your bikes to us).
Shipping costs outside Germany: on request.

Orders are processed by us as quickly as possible. The dispatch times stated in the online shop are to be understood as the period until handover to the shipping service provider and may vary depending on stock levels.
