Enduro Bearings is one of the leading manufacturers of ball bearings. They produce extremely durable and excellently sealed bearings. Many leading brands in the bicycle industry rely on bearings from Enduro Bearings.

Enduro Bearings are always designed with the deepest grooves possible to accommodate the largest possible balls. They feature double lip seals (2RS) that run in a micro groove and form a full labyrinth to ensure long life and excellent protection against the elements. The two super-thin sealing lips reliably keep out water and contaminants (outer sealing lip) and retain grease (inner sealing lip).

The bearings have races made from a high-carbon 52100 chrome alloy.

Erhältlich mit Chromstahlkugeln oder Keramikkugeln aus Si3N4. Keramikkugeln haben eine deutlich höhere Härte sowie Korrosionsbeständigkeit und sind ca. 40% leichter als Stahlkugeln. Chromstahl-Kugellager sind in der Kugel-Toleranzklasse ABEC 3 erhältlich, welcher als “Präzisionsstandard” gilt. Die Kugellager mit Keramikkugeln sind mit dem nochmals besseren Standard ABEC 5 erhältlich. ABEC 5 Kugeln besitzen im Vergleich zu ABEC 3 Kugeln einen nochmals wesentlich höheren Standard, der sich in einer höheren Rundheit und geringeren Rauheit wiederspiegelt.
